久留米高専　一般科目　理科系　（General Education of Science )

　高専教育の特色は５年間の一貫した教育を行うことであるが、一般科目は専門科目と相まって優れた技術者の育成を期するため、広い視野を持った社会人として必要な教養と創造性に富む、個性豊かな人間形成を目標とするものです。
　一般科目のうち、理科系科目では、数学、物理、化学等、専門工学を修得するための基礎となる十分な能力を養うことを主眼として教育が行われています。

A significant characteristic of education at colleges of technology is offering a well-programmed five-year education. In order to prepare the students to be well-qualified engineers, General Education, in cooperation with Technical Education,　aims at enriching the students' creativeness and personality, so that they can go out into the world with a gｌobal perspective.
The primary goal of General Education of Science is to develop their basic knowledge to master specialized technology through Science subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, etc.
