久留米工業高等専門学校一般科目(文科系)

学科紹介 Introduction

高専教育の特色は5年間の一貫した教育を行うことです。一般科目は専門科目と相まって、優れた技術者の育成を期するため、広い視野に立った社会人として必要な教養と創造性に富む、個性豊かな人間形成を目標としています。

文科系科目では、国際感覚を持って活躍できる技術者として必要な教養とコミュニケーション能力の養成を主眼にして教育が行われています。

Here at National Institute of Technology, Kurume College, students are given a diverse and rigorous five-year education. The Department of Liberal Arts aims to enrich and broaden students' creativity, imagination and personality, and to develop students into professional engineers capable of meeting domestic and global industry needs.

The primary goal of the Department of Liberal Arts is to enhance, through the study of Humanities, students' general knowledge and ability to communicate, which are essential for internationally-minded engineers.
